Opening Blessed Place Operations…
Opening Blessed Place Operations…
This is the private office for Blessed Place Adult Family Home — the home’s money, team, and messages, all in one place.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat…” — Matthew 25:35
New here? Tap the gold button — we email you a link, and it brings you right back here to finish setting up: first your phone number, then your password. No password needed yet.
Type the email your invitation was sent to. We will email you a setup link — tap it and you come right back here to finish setting up.
This office holds the home’s money, team, and family messages, so it stays locked. There is no way to sign up here: accounts are created one at a time, by invitation to a person’s own email address. The invitation link expires after 24 hours — if it is not used in time, the half-made account is deleted and a fresh invitation is sent. Nothing half-open is left lying around.
Passwords are encrypted by the sign-in service. Nobody can see yours or look it up — not even the owners.
And a password is never the whole key. At every login, a 6-digit code is texted to the account holder’s own phone, and the office opens only when that code is typed in. No phone, no code, no way in — even for someone who somehow learned the password.
You opened the invitation we sent to your email, so we know that email is really yours. One more check before you set up your account: we text a code to your mobile phone, and you type it in here.
If the text never arrives: the texting service on the back end may still need finishing. Tell Kevin — he can complete the texting setup. Your account stays safe meanwhile; nothing in the office opens without the code.
Always use the newest text — older codes stop working when a new one is sent, and codes expire after a short while. If no text arrives at all, the texting service on the back end may still need finishing; tell Kevin.
This is the last step of setting up your account. Your email address is your username — from now on you will log in with your email and the password you create here, and then one more step: a code we text to your phone.
Invitation links stop working after 24 hours. A fresh one takes Kevin just a moment to send, and the new link will let you set your password and come straight in.
Your password worked. Now we make sure it is really you: a 6-digit code is texted to your phone, and the office opens only when you type it in. This happens at every login — so even someone who learned your password could not get in without your phone.
Checking your sign-in…
We need the mobile number to text your code to. Type it once, type in the code we send, and setup is done. After today, that same text with a fresh code arrives at every login.
You are signed in, but this account has not been approved for Blessed Place Operations, so nothing here opens for it. Accounts are by invitation only, and only approved accounts ever see the office.
If you are Eunice and you just used your invitation, tell Kevin — your account may be waiting on its final approval step before it becomes Admin. Then tap Check again.
You are signed in, but the office could not load your information just now. Nothing is lost. Please wait a little while and try again.
New messages and requests from families, the website, and email — all in one list.
What came in, what went out, and what is left — for the month you pick.
Added by hand These numbers come from the entries you add below. They are exact for what has been entered — if a bill or payment is missing here, it is not counted yet.
Money in, money out, and what was left, for each month.
Spending by kind, for the month picked above. The exact dollar amounts are on the right of each bar.
How each caregiver is doing, and the pay you record for them.
When you pay a caregiver, record it here. They will see it under My Pay when they log in with their own account — the name here must match the name on their account.
How the website and the business inbox are doing — with a plain note wherever a number is not exact.
Website visits come from Google Analytics on blessedplaceafh.com. Google’s counts are approximate and run about a day behind, so treat them as a guide, not an exact count. Email numbers count messages sorted as family inquiries — a message that mixes topics can occasionally be filed the wrong way. When a number has not been checked yet, this page says so instead of guessing.
Each person’s documents, getting-started list, goals, and work notes — all in one private place.
Documents here are never public. Only you and Kevin (admins) can see everyone’s papers. Each caregiver can see and download only their own documents when they log in. Files open through this app only, with a short-lived private link — there is no public link to share or leak.
ID and I-9 papers belong in the vault too — filed under the locked ID document and I-9 form kinds below (Private — owners only). The owners can file them here, or each employee can upload their own from My HR. On the getting-started list, the I-9 itself stays a simple done / not-done check.
Sample questions and sample answers — what a strong self-evaluation looks like next to a weak one, the questions Eunice can ask in a review, and how to build a goal that answers all five SMART questions.
Three steps: pick the person, pick what kind of paper it is, then choose the file from your phone or computer.
Fill this in instead of only keeping paper. Saving files it onto that person’s Work notes & performance timeline in their page below. If they signed a paper copy, attach a photo or PDF of it and it goes into their document vault in the same step.
Tap a person to open their page — documents, getting started, goals, what they wrote about themselves, and work notes.
Everything saved for this person. Tap View to open or download it.
The new-hire list. Tap Mark done when each step is finished and pick the day it happened. The I-9 stays a done / not-done check here — the ID and I-9 papers themselves are filed in Documents above under the locked ID document / I-9 form kinds, by the owners or uploaded by the employee themselves.
Goals for this person. They can see their own goals when they log in.
Self-evaluations this person filled in — their strengths, what they want to improve, and the support they asked for. They write these in their own My HR when they log in.
What residents’ families said about this person after visits and care. Families fill these in from a link Eunice shares — they never sign in here. Only admins can see these; they also live in Records.
Notes about their work and any corrective action papers, together in one timeline — newest first.
Everything filed for the home, in one place — visitor logs by month, family surveys, and the licences, inspections, and certificates the home runs on.
Records are never public, and staff accounts cannot see this page at all. Files open through this app only, with a short-lived private link — there is no public link to share or leak.
Pick what kind of record it is, give it a name, then choose the file — a photo, PDF, or scan from your phone or computer.
One log per month — who came to visit, kept in order by month. Reading them back over time is how we spot patterns and keep making visits better.
Licences, inspection reports, certificates, and the other important papers the business runs on.
Feedback from residents’ families, newest first. Each survey names the caregiver it is about, and it also shows on that person’s page in HR. Families fill these in from a link Eunice shares — they never sign in here.
Paystubs, corrective action paperwork, onboarding papers, certifications, and evaluations live in each person’s document vault in HR.
The week’s shifts for the whole team. Everyone on the team sees this same week in their own My Schedule when they log in.
For the week shown above. Days off are not counted as shifts.
Pick the person, pick the day, tap the kind of shift — then save. To take a shift off the week, tap it in the week above.
Sample questions and sample answers — for writing about your own work, for reviews, and for setting goals that are clear and countable.
Blessed Place Adult Family Home — your pay
Sample questions and sample answers — for writing about your own work, for reviews, and for setting goals that are clear and countable.
Every pay day recorded for you, newest first.
Recorded by Eunice These are the pay records entered in this office. Your official pay stubs come from payroll (Gusto).
The whole team’s week, so you can see who you are working with. Your own shifts are marked in gold.
Your own documents, your goals, and a short form about yourself. Only you and the admins can see these — never anyone else on the team.
Sample questions and sample answers — what a strong self-evaluation looks like next to a weak one, the questions Eunice can ask in a review, and how to build a goal that answers all five SMART questions.
Papers Eunice saved for you — and anything you upload yourself below. Paystubs, certifications, evaluations, ID and I-9 papers, and more. Tap View to open or download one.
The goals set for you, and goals you set for yourself with the form below. Talk to Eunice if you want to change one she set.
Fill this in about your own work. Eunice and Kevin can read it — nobody else on the team can.
What am I doing well? I am good at morning care. I greet every resident by name, I explain what I am doing before I help them, and one resident told her daughter she feels safe with me. I also write my care notes the same day, every shift.
What do I want to improve? I want to feel calmer on medication passes. When two residents need me at the same time I feel rushed, and I want to slow down and follow the checklist every single time.
What support would help me? It would help me to shadow Eunice on one medication pass a week for a few weeks, and to keep the printed checklist by the med cart.
